Law360, New York (June 1, 2010, 5:31 PM EDT) -- A federal court has ordered poultry producer Butterball LLC to turn over additional electronic documents in a collective action accusing it of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay employees for donning and doffing equipment.
