Fed. Circ. Affirms 128 Percent Duty On Thai Bags

Law360, New York (June 1, 2010, 3:46 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed that the U.S. Department of Commerce is entitled to assess and carry forward high anti-dumping duties when faced with uncooperative exporters, a blow to an importer of Thai bags that complained it was blindsided with a punitively high tariff.
