2nd Circ. Nixes Wackenhut Guards' Arming Up Suit

Law360, New York (June 1, 2010, 3:24 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has nixed an attempt by security guards at a nuclear power plant in upstate New York to revive a suit against Wackenhut Corp. that accused the private security contractor of unlawfully withholding pay for time spent clearing security and collecting and returning firearms and radios.
