ITA To Review Cellulose Gum, Steel Duties

Law360, New York (June 2, 2010, 12:30 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has initiated five-year reviews of countervailing and anti-dumping duties on cellulose gum from Finland, the Netherlands and Sweden and stainless steel products from Belgium, Italy, Japan and several other countries.

The International Trade Administration announced the review in Wednesday's Federal Register. The review, which became effective Tuesday, parallels the U.S. International Trade Commission's review of the same duties, announced in late May.
