Kilpatrick Reps Equifax On Direct Marketing Unit Sale

Law360, New York (June 02, 2010, 8:08 PM ET) -- Credit reporting company Equifax Inc. said Tuesday it has agreed to sell its direct marketing services division to Dallas-based Alliance Data Systems Corp. for $117 million.

The division, which will become part of Alliance Data's Epsilon business, provides U.S. consumer demographic information and database implementation and hosting services. The deal is expected to close in 30 days.
