Wage-And-Hour Class Actions Continue To Grow

Seyfarth’s Annual Workplace Class Action Litigation Report, published on Jan. 22, 2007, analyzed rulings in 407 federal and state class action cases nationwide, and found some surprising, and some not so surprising, trends in this type of litigation.
