Class Cert. Sought In Fontainebleau Tip-Pooling Suit

Law360, New York (June 02, 2010, 5:26 PM ET) -- Workers at Fontainebleau Florida Hotel LLC, which runs a luxury 1,500-room resort with 11 restaurants in Miami Beach, Fla., are seeking class certification in a collective action alleging the hotel improperly required them to share their tips with nontipped employees and failed to pay overtime.
