Korean Investors Hit LG Over LCD Price-Fixing

Law360, New York (June 3, 2010, 2:10 PM EDT) -- Korean investors have sued LG Display Co. Ltd. alleging they lost millions as a result of the company's involvement in a price-fixing scheme in the thin film transistor liquid crystal display panel market, a role they say LG Display kept hidden until its $400 million antitrust settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice in 2008.
