Law360, New York (June 04, 2010, 3:31 PM ET) -- A federal judge has granted class certification to employees of bankrupt cable installation company New Vision Telecommunications Inc. who claim the company failed to pay overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Judge Robert Echols of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee on Tuesday granted a motion for conditional class certification filed by the five named plaintiffs in the case.
