Law360, New York (June 04, 2010, 4:43 PM ET) -- Beauty product purveyor Lush Cosmetics LLC is facing a less-than-pretty national collective action by store managers who claim the company owes them overtime pay.
Six former Lush store managers filed an amended complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on Thursday, claiming they and similarly situated managers were misclassified as exempt from overtime under the the Fair Labor Standards Act.
