China's AgBank Gears Up For Record $30B IPO

Law360, New York (June 4, 2010, 4:36 PM EDT) -- Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. reportedly is moving to launch an initial public offering of up to $30 billion that could mark the world's largest listing ever.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission, which has said it will review the offering plan in mid-June, on Friday released the company’s preliminary prospectus, which aims to sell up to 56.3 billion new shares in Shanghai and Hong Kong, according to Dow Jones.
