Plaintiffs Must Sharpen Cable Tying Suit, Judge Says

Law360, New York (June 4, 2010, 12:58 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed a putative class action accusing Kentucky cable company Insight Communications Co. LP of illegally tying its premium cable services to its converter box rentals, but has given the plaintiffs a chance to sharpen their allegations.
