Batesville Calls For Probe Of Mexican Caskets

Law360, New York (June 10, 2010, 2:31 PM EDT) -- Funeral products maker Batesville Services Inc. has urged the U.S. International Trade Commission to launch an investigation into a Mexican company's importation into Puerto Rico of caskets that allegedly infringe five patents.
