Aldrich Chemical Wins Reversal In Damages Case

Law360, New York (June 10, 2010, 7:52 PM EDT) -- The Ohio Supreme Court has held that a plaintiff must establish that a claimed nuisance caused physical discomfort in order to recover annoyance and discomfort damages, reversing an appeals court ruling against Aldrich Chemical Co. Inc. in a case over a 2003 explosion at an Aldrich-owned factory.
