Travelers Off Hook For Greyhound's Crash Suit Costs

Law360, New York (June 10, 2010, 5:40 PM EDT) -- A judge has ruled that tire maintenance company UGL Unicco and its insurer Travelers Property Casualty Co. of America do not have to cover defense costs for Greyhound Lines Inc. in several underlying suits over a 2006 bus accident that killed five people.

Judge Margaret R. Kinkle issued an order in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Superior Court on Wednesday, granting Unicco and Travelers' motion for summary judgment on Greyhound's claim for declaratory relief.
