Law360, New York (June 10, 2010, 2:43 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has signed off on a settlement that will see educational conference organizer Envision EMI LLC pay up to $17 million in vouchers to students who claim they were locked out of events surrounding President Barack Obama's inauguration.
