HP Stole Aftermarket Cartridge Trade Secrets: Suit

Law360, New York (June 11, 2010, 12:54 PM EDT) -- An aftermarket printer parts maker has accused Hewlett-Packard Co. of engaging in unfair competition by stealing trade secrets related to the manufacture of replacement printer cartridges.

Cinnaminson, N.J.-based Turbon International Inc. filed a complaint Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York accusing HP of reneging on contracts it awarded to Turbon after the plaintiff had already revealed secrets about its business.
