House Committee Says GM Is Destroying Documents

Law360, New York (June 11, 2010, 2:36 PM EDT) -- House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform ranking member Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and domestic policy subcommittee ranking member Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, have threatened General Motors Corp. with criminal prosecution over document shredding they claim could erase evidence relevant to the committee's investigations into the new GM's business conduct.
