'Work' Exclusion Upheld In Suit Over Reactor Shutdown

Law360, New York (June 11, 2010, 4:54 PM ET) -- A judge has found that American Home Assurance Co. and National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., do not have to cover damages that maintenance company Cat Tech LLC was ordered to pay in a lawsuit over faulty work on a reactor at an oil refinery.
