Quiksilver Wins Refunds In 3 Lyocell Duty Disputes

Law360, New York (June 15, 2010, 2:35 PM EDT) -- Outdoor sports apparel and accessory company Quiksilver Inc. has reached agreements with the U.S. government to resolve three separate disputes over the tariff classification of certain lyocell garment imports, with Quiksilver agreeing to accept refunds rather than prolonging litigation.
