Apple Counsel Adduci Nixed In IPhone 337 Case

Law360, New York (June 14, 2010, 12:22 PM EDT) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission administrative law judge has disqualified Adduci Mastriani & Schaumberg LLP from representing Apple Inc. in its Section 337 case accusing Taiwanese cell phone maker HTC Corp. of infringing 10 patents related to the iPhone.

Administrative Law Judge Carl C. Charneski ousted Adduci Mastriani on Thursday at the request of Nokia Corp., which is involved in its own heated patent dispute with Apple.
