Law360, New York (January 30, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- After years of battling over genetic testing patents, molecular diagnostics company Stratagene Corp. has agreed to fork over $10.75 million to rival Third Wave Technologies Inc. as part of an out-of-court legal settlement.
The pair revealed the news on Tuesday, finally agreeing to bury the hatchet in their longstanding patent infringement litigation over the technology used in genetic testing.
