Williams Mullen Faces Age Bias Suit From Secretary

Law360, New York (June 15, 2010, 1:25 PM EDT) -- A legal secretary who claims Williams Mullen PC unfairly scrutinized requests for absences to care for her disabled mother and son and fired her without cause has hit the firm with age discrimination, retaliation and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims.
