ActiveVideo Must Testify In Verizon TV Box Suit In ITC

Law360, New York (June 16, 2010, 12:44 PM EDT) -- An administrative law judge in the U.S. International Trade Commission has ruled that ActiveVideo Networks Inc., which provides software for Cablevision Systems Corp, must testify in Verizon Communications Inc.'s Section 337 case against the cable provider over digital TV set-top boxes.
