Yet More Claims Cut In Exxon RCRA Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (June 16, 2010, 4:27 PM EDT) -- A federal court has cut two claims from a suit accusing Exxon Mobil Corp. of failing to pay for hazardous waste cleanup at a former station, tossing indemnity and statutory contribution allegations but upholding an alleged violation under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976.
