Law360, New York (January 30, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge in Tennessee has scheduled a trial in March 2008 in the employee class action against Tyson Foods Inc., which accuses the food-processing giant of depressing wages by hiring illegal workers.
Judge Curtis L. Collier in Tennessee’s Eastern District also gave defense attorneys until Feb. 23 to file motions to dismiss the case. He gave plaintiffs’ attorneys until May 1 to confirm the class members.
