9th Circ. Nixes Atty Sanction In FedEx Bias Suits

Law360, New York (June 17, 2010, 2:49 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has vacated a $25,000 sanction imposed on a plaintiffs lawyer who prevailed in three discrimination suits against FedEx Corp., also affirming victories for the workers in two of the cases.
