NLRB Sides With Disneyland In Harassment Case

Law360, New York (January 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge has sided with Disneyland Resort in a complaint brought by an employees union that accused the company of failing to provide documents regarding sexual harassment investigations into two security guards.

Administrative Law Judge William Kocol found Disneyland’s officials to be more convincing and credible in their arguments, agreeing with company’s claims that the information the Independent Employees Service Association asked for was too broad.
