Law360, New York (June 17, 2010, 2:21 PM ET) -- Semiconductor company Inphi Corp. has submitted a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing to raise up to $115 million in an initial public offering.
The number of shares to be sold and the price range haven't been determined yet, according to an S-1 registration statement Inphi filed Wednesday.
