Teva To Alter Ads For Generic Yaz After Bayer Outcry

Law360, New York (June 17, 2010, 3:30 PM EDT) -- Bowing to pressure from Bayer Schering Pharma AG, Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. has agreed to correct marketing materials for its newly launched generic version of Bayer birth control pill Yaz to clarify that the product does not contain the German drugmaker's patented stabilizer formulation.
