MDs Take $10M Greenberg Malpractice Suit To Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (June 18, 2010, 5:10 PM ET) -- A group of surgeons at New York University has appealed a jury verdict that found Greenberg Traurig LLP not liable of legal malpractice in a $10 million suit that accused the firm of allowing a medical device patent to expire.

Doctors group Quickie LLC filed a notice Thursday that it was appealing the decision to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
