PPC Fails To Prove Domestic Industry In Cable IP Case

Law360, New York (June 18, 2010, 2:52 PM EDT) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission administrative law judge has determined on remand that PPC Inc. failed to prove a domestic industry for a design patent covering coaxial cables, overturning an earlier decision and letting four Chinese companies off the hook for infringement of the patent.
