Congress Pushes To Wrap Finance Bill By Thursday

Law360, New York (June 22, 2010, 7:23 PM EDT) -- Congressional negotiators moved Tuesday to exempt auto dealers from new consumer protection oversight and force asset-backed security issuers to be financially responsible for their instruments, as both chambers race to complete a compromise version of financial regulatory reform legislation.
