Lenox-MacLaren, Medtronic End Bone Mill Patent Row

Law360, New York (June 22, 2010, 2:17 PM ET) -- Lenox-MacLaren Surgical Corp. has agreed to a settlement in its patent licensing suit against Medtronic Sofamor Danek USA Inc. over a bone mill device used in orthopedic surgery.

The parties filed a joint motion to dismiss Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, saying the case was resolved during court-ordered arbitration. The motion was approved the same day.
