ITC Votes To Keep Duties On Chinese Tissue Paper

Law360, New York (June 23, 2010, 4:08 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to retain anti-dumping duties on certain tissue paper products from China, finding that revoking the duties would likely lead to a recurrence of material injury for domestic companies.

Commissioners Charlotte R. Lane, Shara L. Aranoff, Irving A. Williamson and Dean A. Pinkert voted Tuesday to keep the existing order on Chinese imports of these products, while Chairman Deanna Tanner Okun and Commissioner Daniel R. Pearson found that there were two domestic-like products in this investigation.
