Law360, New York (June 22, 2010, 7:25 PM ET) -- Federal prosecutors are going after two longtime employees of jailed Ponzi mastermind Bernard L. Madoff, saying they should cough up $5 million in assets that can be traced to the proceeds of the $65 billion fraud.
Prosecutors have filed civil complaints in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York seeking forfeitures from Annette Bongiorno and Joann Crupi, the U.S. attorney's office said Tuesday.
