Construction Cos. Win New Trial In $90M Cartel Case

Law360, New York (June 23, 2010, 3:43 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has ordered a retrial for three of the five contractors accused of bid-rigging and overcharging the U.S. government for sewer construction projects in Egypt, leaving the other two contractors responsible for the $90 million awarded to the U.S. in the original trial.
