ITC Seeks More Briefing In Rambus, Nvidia 337 Case

Law360, New York (June 23, 2010, 11:46 AM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has asked for additional briefing on the issue of patent exhaustion as it continues to weigh whether Nvidia Corp. infringes Rambus Inc. patents for memory controllers.

The commission asked the parties Tuesday to discuss the relevance of a recent appeals court decision in Fujifilm Corp. v. Benun, which found that Fujifilm had not exhausted its patent rights for disposable cameras sold outside the U.S.
