Plaintiffs Look To Reinstate Milberg Kickback Case

Law360, New York (June 23, 2010, 7:46 PM EDT) -- A group of plaintiffs who sued the firms now known as Milberg LLP and Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP for allegedly paying off clients and misrepresenting clients' losses to obtain lead counsel status want a federal appeals court to revive the case.

The plaintiffs filed a notice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday, saying that they were appealing the May 27 judgment dismissing the case to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
