Parents Seek Class Status In Pampers Liability Action

Law360, New York (June 25, 2010, 2:50 PM EDT) -- Parents who allege certain Pampers diapers cause rashes, blisters and chemical burns have asked a federal judge to certify a class of millions of individual consumers nationwide for a product liability suit against Procter & Gamble Co.
