SEC Wants Asset Info From Taro Pharma Exec, Sons

Law360, New York (June 28, 2010, 1:08 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is demanding that imprisoned former Taro Pharmaceuticals Ltd executive Zvi Rosenthal, who was hit with millions of dollars in civil penalties for his alleged role in an insider trading scheme, turn over information about assets the SEC believes were distributed to Rosenthal’s sons, or face court sanctions.
