Law360, New York (June 29, 2010, 3:52 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has vacated the convictions of former HealthSouth Corp. CEO Richard Scrushy and former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman in light of its recent ruling limiting the controversial honest services fraud statute.
The high court said in a brief order Tuesday that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit must review its decision affirming the convictions following Thursday's Skilling v. United States ruling.
