Kirkland Reps Boeing In $775M Argon Tender Offer

Law360, New York (June 30, 2010, 2:43 PM EDT) -- The Boeing Co. agreed Wednesday to buy military technology systems manufacturer Argon ST in a cash tender offer worth $775 million.

The deal calls for Boeing to pay $34.50 per share of Fairfax, Va.-based Argon, which develops systems used to provide military operational commanders with the information they need to make real-time, critical decisions.

Boeing said the deal would help it expand its share of the so-called command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, or C4ISR market.
