Coke, FaceDouble Settle Face-Matching Patent Suit

Law360, New York (June 30, 2010, 6:18 PM EDT) -- The Coca-Cola Co. and its advertising agency have reached a settlement with a maker of face-matching software that accused the soft drink giant of infringing two patents with a “Coke Zero Facial Profiler” application on its website.

Coca-Cola, ad agency Crispin Porter & Bogusky LLC and San Diego-based FaceDouble Inc. notified the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California of the settlement on Tuesday.
