Dell, Nokia, Others Tagged In Wi-Fi Patent Suit

Law360, New York (July 1, 2010, 1:41 PM EDT) -- Toshiba Corp., Nokia Corp., Dell Inc. and more than a dozen other electronics companies have been accused of making and selling computers, cell phones and other devices that infringe two wireless communications-related patents assigned to Bandspeed Inc.

Austin, Texas-based Bandspeed filed suit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, alleging infringement of two patents titled “Approach for managing communications channels based on performance.”
