CBOE Looks To Thwart Rival's Infringement Claims

Law360, New York (February 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Chicago Board Options Exchange Inc. (CBOE) has filed a declaratory judgment suit, asking a federal judge in Chicago to declare three automated exchange-related patents held by rival International Securities Exchange Inc. invalid and/or not infringed by the CBOE’s hybrid trading system.
