Law360, New York (July 1, 2010, 4:28 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts judge has vacated a confidentiality provision in an arbitration award for an ex-Oppenheimer and Co. Inc. branch manager who alleged wrongful termination, thwarting the investment bank's attempts to shield "embarrassing" matters from the public eye.
