NLRB Seeks Remand Of 96 2-Member Decisions

Law360, New York (July 2, 2010, 1:43 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board is seeking to have 96 of its nearly 600 two-member board decisions remanded for reconsideration in light of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in New Process Steel v. NLRB.

The 96 decisions include six on appeal to the Supreme Court and 90 others pending in other federal appeals courts, the board said Thursday. The NLRB said it still did not know how it would handle the vast majority of the cases.
