Softvault Sues Intel, Others Over Anti-Theft Patents

Law360, New York (July 2, 2010, 2:15 PM EDT) -- Softvault Systems Inc. has accused Intel Corp., computer security products and services company Softex Inc., and others of infringing two anti-theft patents that cover a system to remotely disable computers, software and digital content.

Washington-based intellectual property company Softvault filed suit Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, naming Intel, Softex, Good Technology Inc. and Notify Technology Corp. as defendants.
