Mass. Hospitals Pare Parallel Worker Class Actions

Law360, New York (July 6, 2010, 3:11 PM EDT) -- A federal judge overseeing two parallel wage-and-hour cases on behalf of 13,000 workers at five Massachusetts hospitals has tossed racketeering allegations, as well as numerous state law claims that require administrative action under the collective bargaining agreements.
